3 Hours of creative therapeutic practices to encourage healing & letting go, when managing the pain of loss of ANY LOVE.
3 Therapeutic Art Activities
Learn some coping & self-help skills for mourning the loss of love.
This can mean any relationship which has left you navigating the feelings of being “without”.
Create a “safe space” container to manage the feelings of processing loss.
Pouring Love Back into Self Body Art
